Description
In Apologia’s Geometry class, students will study shapes, lines, areas, proofs, conic sections, and more. This course expounds upon these topics, which were briefly introduced in Algebra 1, and shows how math is applied to the real world. The study of geometry helps to develop thinking processes that are incorporated in future math courses and in everyday life.
Prerequisites: Algebra 1

Schedule: Two prerecorded, 45-minute classes posted every Sunday night.
NOTE: Mrs. Pennington will be on family leave for part of the first semester. Her assistant will be available for questions and will complete all grading during this time. Mrs. Pennington plans to return for the second semester.
